Auto Cancel Back Orders

Sales orders can automatically be cancelled when the initial shipment and invoice have been posted. This can be defined on a customer or Ship-to Address level.

Document Timestamps

It is important to see who created or modified a sales or purchase document and when it was done. You can now enable fields on all unposted sales and purchase documents providing you with the information on your fingertips.

Copy Comments

Comments on the customer are often entered to provide instructions to order entry or warehouse employees. Those comments are now transferred automatically to the sales transactions providing more information to your team.

Update Posting Date

The posting date on sales transactions can now automatically be updated to the current date or the work date when a document is posted. This will eliminate the need to manually update the date.

Sales Document Release

You can define restrictions and tests to perform when a sales document is released. This allows you to ensure that orders are completely entered and mandatory fields are filled out. You can also validate that meaningful data is entered.
